Handwriting Guideline Sheet - 4-line, 10mm

I went looking for a handwriting guideline sheet that was appropriate for adults and couldn't find one, so I made one.

It has four spaces to denote descender length, letter height, short ascender height (used for b and t, if you're into that) and full ascender height. Total height is 10mm, which is a pretty normal height for an adult to write on wide-ruled paper.

It also has finer lines than most others, and all but the baseline are in blue. This helps keep the lines from competing with what's being written.
